Madeleines Taper Candles Nazareth by Trudon bring together clove, bitter orange and Bourbon vanilla in a warm, spicy gourmand fragrance. Bright citrus lifts the composition, while resins, myrrh and musk deepen its softly sweet foundation. Part of La Nuit des Glaces, the edition evokes a Christmas evening at Versailles in the 18th century, with firelight reflected in the Hall of Mirrors. Its fragrance accompanies the collection’s imagery of winter celebrations, glowing hearths and sweet treats. Made using traditional methods in Trudon’s Normandy workshop, the candles are dyed in small batches using high-quality wax. The Madeleine format takes its name from the Parisian church it once illuminated. Each box contains six taper candles, measuring 20cm high and 2.2cm in diameter, with an approximate burn time of seven hours each.
