Altaïr Scented Candle

Altaïr by Trudon pairs warm peony with leather and suede, deepened by agarwood. Created by perfumer Émilie Bouge, the composition balances floral delicacy with the depth of sandalwood, cedar and earthy woods. Its inspiration moves between desert dunes and a Parisian interior shaped by Eastern influences. Amber-coloured glass reflects this setting through warm tones, sculptural light and golden-brown shadows. Originally introduced as a limited edition, Altaïr now belongs to Trudon’s permanent collections. The candles are manufactured at the house’s workshop in Normandy, drawing on expertise inherited from master candle makers. Alongside the 70g and 270g formats, the three-wick 800g Intermezzo suits larger rooms and dining tables, while the five-wick 2.8kg Great Candle offers a sculptural presence indoors or outside.
