Figuerie Room Spray

Figuerie by Trudon is a room spray inspired by fig trees catching the first rays of spring in the King’s gardens. Fresh green notes contrast with deeper woods in a composition shaped by light and shade. Earthy facets beneath the foliage bring depth to its garden atmosphere. Trudon’s narrative recalls Louis XIV’s passion for figs and his gardener, Jean-Baptiste de La Quintinie, who planted over seven hundred fig trees of different varieties in the royal kitchen garden at Versailles. The dedicated space was named the Figuerie. La Quintinie also refined espalier cultivation along walls warmed by the sun, helping the figs ripen more quickly despite the sometimes cold climate.
