Galerie des Flammes by Trudon evokes a festive hearth through smoky woods, Provence cypress, incense and sandalwood. Cinnamon warms the opening, while leather and rose shape the heart. Cedarwood, patchouli and woody amber deepen the base. Its inspiration recalls the tradition of a log burning in the hearth throughout the twelve days leading to Epiphany. Part of La Nuit des Glaces, the candle draws on a Christmas evening at Versailles and firelight reflected across the Hall of Mirrors. Hand-applied silver leaf lines the inside of its artisanal glass vessel, which is lacquered in céladon with a gold mirror effect. All three formats are manufactured at Trudon’s workshop in Normandy, France, drawing on expertise inherited from master candle makers. The 270g Classic Candle suits everyday use throughout the home. The three-wick 800g Intermezzo is designed for larger rooms, mantelpieces and dining tables. The five-wick 2.8kg Great Candle offers a sculptural presence for spacious interiors and outdoor settings.
