With a legacy spanning 120 years, the brand originated in 1898 with the creation of a compact catalytic lamp designed by Maurice Berger to cleanse air in hospitals. Its popularity soared, attracting renowned designers and gaining favor among influential figures in the art world such as Coco Chanel, Picasso, Colette, and Jean Cocteau. Evolving over time, the lamp underwent redesigns and acquired a perfuming function, transforming into a symbol of style admired for its elegant design and subtle fragrances.
The Maison boasts a diverse collection rooted in exceptional scents, paying homage to French tradition and craftsmanship. Guided by their in-house perfumer, known as "Our Nose," who identifies upcoming trends, the brand collaborates with master perfumers in Grasse, located in the South of France, to develop and approve proposals.
